RELEASE PERIOD & CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation charges are as follows,
Less than 504hrs (21 days) - 25% on the contracted rate
Less than 336hrs (14 days) - 50% on the contracted rate
Less than 168hrs (7 days) - 100% on the contracted rate

PAYMENTS
All payments to the Hotel shall be by cheque drawn in favor of CASA Colombo (Pvt) Ltd “prior to
guest’s arrival.
Or Payment should be sent via direct telegraphic transfer to our bank prior to arrival or made by Credit
card prior to guest’s arrival.
In all the above events a 50% deposit on the booking is needed on the day of reservation.
In all the above events a full payment is required if the booking is less than 3 days away.
